Chocolate Zucchini Cake-Kathy

1/2 cup margarine

1/2 cup oil

1 3/4 cup sugar

2 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/2 cup sour milk*

2 1/2 cups flour

4 teaspoons cocoa

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

2 cups shredded zucchini

TOPPING:

1/2 cup chocolate chips

1/2 cup chopped nuts

*To sour milk, add 1 teaspoon lemon juice or vinegar to 1/2 cup milk.
Cream margarine, oil and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla and sour milk. Mix all dry ingredients into creamed mixture. Beat well. Stir in zucchini. Spoon into 1 9x13 inch greased and floured pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Test with toothpick.
