Caramel Corn-Lorraine

2 cups brown sugar

1/2 cup dark corn syrup

1 cup butter

1 teaspoon salt

Boil above ingredients 5 minutes. Add 1/2 teaspoon baking soda after taking it off the burner. Pour over 5 quarts popped popcorn immediately. Mix and stir. Bake in 200 degree oven 1 1/2 to 2 hours, stirring every 15 minutes. Spread on brown paper to cool.
