Fudge-Jayne

4 1/2 cups sugar

1 large can Carnation milk

Bring to a boil and cook a full 6 minutes, stirring constantly. Take off heat and add 1/2 cube butter, 1 tablespoon vanilla, pinch of salt, 1 pound Hershey milk chocolate bar, 1 large bag chocolate chips, 1 jar marshmallow creme (small), and 2 cups walnut meats. Stir until mixed well. Don't beat. Place in 9x16 inch pan. Cut when set.
