Freezer Meat Loaf and Meatball Mix-Becky

1 cup milk

3 slices soft bread

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1/4 teaspoon dry mustard

1/4 teaspoon sage

1/4 teaspoon celery salt

1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

1 egg

1 1/2 pounds ground beef (can also use part ground pork, turkey or chicken)

1 1/4 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Pour milk into a large mixing bowl. Tear up bread into small pieces and soak in milk. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Form into loaf and freeze in meal sized portions. Can be used for meatloaf or meatballs. Multiply the recipe as much as you want.

TO BAKE: Thaw. For meatloaves, place in meatloaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until no longer pink in center. For meatballs, shape into 1 inch balls. Place on ungreased shallow baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes until browned and no longer pink in center.
