Dried Parsley or Celery Leaves-Lorraine

Wash and pat dry. Remove leaves from stems. Using paper plate and 2 layers paper towels, spinkle parsley or celery leaves even onto towels. Microwave on HIGH, 1 cup for 3 minutes; 2 cups for 5 1/2 minutes; 3 cups for 7 1/2 minutes; 5 cups for 10 to 11 minutes. Cool; crush and store in airtight jar or can. For best results, make 1 to 2 cups at a time.
