Chicken and Rice-Kathy

1 package Uncle Ben's wild rice

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 (8oz.) container sour cream

1 to 1 1/2 cups leftover chicken, chopped

8 ounces mushrooms, canned or fresh

1/4 cup chopped onion

Cook rice according to directions on package. Add rest of ingredients; mix well. Place in greased casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees until hot and bubbly. Excellent dish. Serves 3 to 4.
