Chicken Tator Bake - Amy

 2 cans cream of chicken soup

1/2 cup milk

1/4 cup butter, cubed

3 cups cooked chicken

1 pkg. frozen peas,carrots

2 cups cheddar cheese divided

1 package Tater Tots

In a large pan combine soup, milk and butter,Cook and stir over medium heat.  Remove from heat and stir in peas and carrots, and 1 cup cheese.  Transfer to greased pan.  Top with tater tots and remaining cheese on top.  Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.  Uncover, bake another 5 or 10 minutes.
