Ground Beef Stroganoff-Millie

1 pound ground beef

1/2 cup onion, chopped

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

2 tablespoons flour

1 teaspoon salt or to taste

1 small can mushroom stems and pieces, drained

1 can cream of chicken soup

1/4 teaspoon paprika

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1 cup sour cream

Chives

Cooked egg noodles

Cook together the meat and the onion; drain off the grease. Combine in a saucepan, the meat-onion mixture, seasonings, mushrooms, soup and sour cream. Heat thoroughly, but do not boil. to serve, spoon stroganoff onto cooked egg noodles and sprinkle with chopped chives. Serves 4 to 6.
