Meatball Stroganoff-Becky

1 cup chopped onion

1/4 cup butter

3 tablespoons flour

1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

1/8 teaspoon pepper

1 tablespoon ketchup

1 (10 1/2oz.) can condensed beef bouillon

1/4 cup water

1 quart baked meatballs

1 1/2 cups sour cream

In large saucepan, cook onion in butter until onions are tender, but not brown. Stir in flour. Add garlic powder, pepper, ketchup, bouillon and water. Cook and stir until mixture bubbles. Add meatballs and cook over low heat, 10 minutes. Stir occasionally while meatballs are heating. Mix in sour cream. Heat, but do not boil. Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
