One Pan Pork Chop Dinner-Irene

6 to 8 pork chops

2 cans Del Monte peas, save juice

6 to 8 potatoes, sliced

Season to taste, salt, pepper, garlic salt

6 to 8 sliced carrots

2 cans tomato soup

Put layers in 9X13 inch pan, or any flat, oven baking dish. Put peas, drained and carrots first. Raw potatoes, sliced.

2 cans tomato soup, mixed with pea juice

Pour 3/4 over vegetables and potatoes. Layer pork chops, then pour rest of tomato juice on top. Season. Cover with foil 1/2 hour. Uncover last 1 1/2 hours. Great. Can be prepared the day before, just refrigerate.
