Spaghetti Pie-Lori

5 tablespoons butter

1/2 cup chopped onion

1/4 cup chopped green pepper

1 pound ground beef

Spaghetti noodles

1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded

1 (16oz) jar meatless spaghetti sauce

1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 well beaten eggs

1 cup cottage cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter 10 inch pie plate. Melt 3 tablespoons butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add onions and green pepper; saute until tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in beef and cook untl browned. Drain off excess fat. Stir in spaghetti sauce, simmer; add remaining butter to spaghetti, which is cooked and water has been drained off of, toss until butter is melted. Blend and transfer to pie plate. Shape into crust. Pour meat mixture over top. Bake until set, about 20 minutes. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese evenly on top. Put back in oven until cheese melts.
