Tuna Souffle'-Brenda

1/4 cup butter

1/3 cup flour

1 1/4 cups milk

4 eggs, separated

1 teaspoon chopped onion

Pepper

1 (7oz.) can tuna

Parsley flakes

Mix butter and flour until blended in saucepan over low flame. Mix in milk slowly and cook until thick and smooth. Beat egg yolks and add to white sauce and mix in tuna; cool. Beat egg whites until stiff. Carefully fold into mixture. Bake in ungreased dish at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
