Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake-Amy

Chocolate pie crust

12 ounces cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

2 eggs

1/2 cup frozen raspberries, thawed and drained

Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add sugar and vanilla; beat. Add 1 egg, then add the other egg. Fold in raspberries. Put pie crust on a baking sheet and pour in filling. Bake 35 minutes at 325 degrees.

CHOCOLATE SAUCE:

1 teaspoon margarine

1 ounce unsweetened chocolate'

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon dark corn syrup

2 teaspoons boiling water

Melt all together on stove over low heat. Remove from heat and add 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Pour over chilled cheesecake. Let chill 3 hours.
