Country Blueberry Cobbler-Grandma

1 cup sugar

3 tablespoons flour

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon grated lemon peel or ReaLemon

4 cups blueberries

1 1/2 cups biscuit mix

1 large egg

1/4 cup melted butter

In large bowl, combine 1/2 cup sugar, flour, cinnamon and lemon peel. Mix well and toss with blueberries. Pour mixture into greased 8x8x2 inch baking dish; set aside. In medium bowl, combine biscuit mixture, remaining 1/2 cup sugar and egg. Mix with fork or fingers until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over blueberry mixture. Pour melted butter over all and bake at 375 degrees about 25 minutes until top is golden brown. Serve with vanilla ice cream. Do the same for cherry cobbler. Serves 6 to 8.
