Oil Pie Crust-Peggy

SINGLE CRUST:

1 1/3 cup flour

1/3 cup oil

3 tablespoons cold milk

DOUBLE CRUST:

2 cups flour

1/2 cup oil

1/3 cup milk

Combine ingredients. Knead with hands several times to mix. Roll crust out between 2 pieces of waxed paper. (Hint: sprinkle water on table before putting waxed paper down. It prevents waxed paper from shifting as you roll) Transfer to pie pan by lifting crust on waxed paper and inverting onto pie pan. If baking crust without filling, pierce to prevent bubbles. Bake at 425 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
