Oreo Cookie Torte-Lori

1 package Oreo cookies, crushed

2 small packages chocolate fudge instant pudding

8 ounces cream cheese

1 medium size container Cool Whip

Take out 1/2 cup crushed Oreo cookies and set aside. Put rest of crushed cookies into bottom of a 9x13 inch pan for crust. Make the pudding according to directions on box. Spread over Oreo cookie crust. Combine room temperature cream cheese and Cool Whip with mixer. Mix until smooth. Spread over pudding layer. Lastly, sprinkle Oreo cookies "set aside" over top of Cool Whip mixture. Refrigerate 1 hour. Enjoy!
