Rice Pudding-Becky

1 (3.4oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix

2 cups cold milk

1 cup cold cooked rice

1/2 cup raisins

Whipped topping

Maraschino cherries

In a mixing bowl, combine pudding mix and milk; beat for 1 to 2 minutes until well blended. Stir in rice and raisins. Spoon pudding into individual bowls. Chill. Garnish with whipped topping and a cherry. Great for leftover rice!
