Bread Pudding-Brenda2 cups skim milk
1/2 cup liquid egg substitute, or 4 egg whites
3 packages artificial sweetener
1/2 cup brown sugar
7 slices white bread, broken into small pieces
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup raisins
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine everything. Put in 2 quart glass baking dish (21x21x6). Set baking dish in shallow pan of water so water rises to approximately 1-inch around baking dish. Bake 45 to 50 minutes.
