Easy, Low Fat Oven Fried Chicken-Peggy

1 chicken, cut into pieces and skinned

1 1/2 cups crushed Rice Krispies

Nonfat plain yogurt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1/4 teaspoon paprika

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Roll chicken in yogurt and then crushed cereal. Place on nonstick baking sheet and sprinkle with pepper and paprika. Bake uncovered for 1 hour. If crispier chicken is desired, begin baking at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, then lower heat to 350 degrees.
