Light and Fruity Cheesecake-Brenda

CRUST:

3 tablespoons margarine

1/3 cup sugar

1 egg

3/4 cup flour

Beat margarine and sugar until fluffy. Blend in egg. Mix in flour. Spread on bottom of 9 inch pan. Bake 10 minutes at 450 degrees.

FILLING:

3 (8oz.) packages fat free cream cheese

3/4 cup sugar

3 tablespoons flour

3 eggs

1 cup frozen raspberries

Beat together cream cheese, sugar and flour on medium speed. Add eggs, one at a time. Mix in fruit.
