Squash Casserole-Becky

3 cups sliced ordiced yellow squash

1 tablespoon dry onion flakes

2 tablespoons margarine

18 saltine crackers, crushed

2 ounces Cheddar cheese, shredded, or 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese

3/4 cup skim milk

3 eggs

Salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all but cheese. Bake 40 to 45 minutes. Top with cheese and bake until melted, just a few minutes.
