Potato Pancakes-Becky

2 eggs

2 tablespoons milk

2 tablespoons butter or margarine

2 tablespoons flour

3/4 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon pepper

1/4 small onion, sliced

2-3 teaspoons crushed rosemary

2 cups peeled raw potatoes

Mix first 8 ingredients in blender container and 1 cup sliced potatoes. Blend until there are no lumps. Add remaining potatoes. Blend again until smooth. For each pancake, pour 1/4 cup mixture onto hot, well greased griddle or frypan and spread to 4 inch cake. Brown on first side; turn and brown on second side.
