Graham Cracker Crust-Kathy

Finely roll 1 individual pack graham crackers, about 1 2/3 cups crumbs. Pour crumbs into a bowl. Add 1/4 cup granulated sugar and 1/4 cup softened butter or margarine. Blend well with fingers, fork or pastry blender. Pour crumb mixture into 9 inch pie plate. Set an 8 inch pie plate on top of crumbs and press firmly on bottom and sides of 9 inch pie plate. Remove 8 in pie plate. Bake in moderate oven (375 degrees) for 8 minutes. Remove to wire rack to cool. Fill with your favorite chilled pie filling, or freeze for ice cream pie.
