Gramma Telschow's Custard and Rhubarb Pie

2 eggs

2 tablespoons all purpose flour

2 tablespoons melted butter

1 cup milk or cream

1 unbaked pastry shell

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 cups cut rhubarb

1 cup granulated sugar

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Beat eggs. Add sugar, flour, salt and melted butter. Beat until well combine and creamy. Add the milk and mix. Put rhubarb in uncooked pastry shell and pour custard mixture over it. Bake for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake until custard is set, roughly a 1/2 hour or so. This is a very healthy dessert.
