Slow Cooker Shredded Pork Sandwiches - Amy

3 pounds pork roast

1 tablespoon Garlic Garlic (Tastefully Simple) I substitute minced garlic

1 teaspoon seasoned salt

3/4 cup Vidalia Onion Dressing

Place 3 pound roast in slow cooker; add 1 tablespoon garlic and 1 teaspoon seasoned salt. Massage seasonings into roast. Add 3/4 cup Vidalia Onion Dressing. Slow cook 8-10 hours until roast is done. Shred with fork. Enjoy on fresh buns and coleslaw.
