Chicken Chop Suey-Becky

2 tablespoons butter

1 cup sliced celery

1/4 cup chopped onion

1 (10 1/2oz) can cream of mushroom soup

1 cup milk

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1/8 teaspoon Tabasco sauce

1/2 teaspoon salt

3 cups cooked chicken, cut up

1 (16oz) can beatn sprouts, drained

1/2 cup sour cream

Cooked rice

Chopped, salted cashews

In large skillet, melt butter. Saute' celery and onion 5 mniutes. In small bowl, combine soup, milk, soy sauce, Tabasco sauce and salt. Put chicken and bean sprouts in skillet and add soup mixture. Cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes. Stir in sour cream. Heat, but do not boil. Serve over hot rice. Top with cashews. Makes approximately 6 to 8 servings.
