Chicken Marinade-Lorraine

1 1/2 cups salad oil

3/4 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

2 teaspoons dry mustard

2 1/4 teaspoons salt

1 teaspoon pepper

1 1/2 cups wine vinegar

1 1/2 teaspoons dry parsley flakes

1/3 cup lemon juice

2 cloves garlic

Marinate chicken breasts overnight. Turn occasionally. Grill over charcoal. Enough for 20 to 26 breasts.

Helpful Hints: Use Puritan Oil. Can use low sodium soy sauce, omit salt, or use less. Can use frozen, thawed lemon juice or Polaner ready to use garlic. Keep in refrigerator. Can add additional parsley if desired.
