Chicken Monterey-Jamie

4 boneless chicken breasts, skinned

1 can cream of chicken soup

1/2 package seasoned croutons, crushed

1 (9oz.) package Monterey Jack cheese, sliced

1/2 cup sherry or milk

1/8 pound butter or margarine

Layer chicken breasts, sliced cheese, soup diluted with sherry or milk, crushed croutons and dabs of butter in 9X13 inch pan. Bake 2 hours at 250 degrees.
