Chicken Shish Kebab-Karen

MARINADE:

1/2 cup lemon juice

1/4 cup vegetable oil

1 1/2 tablespoons BBQ sauce

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1/2 cup soy sauce

1 1/2 tablespoons ketchup

3 cloves garlic

Combine above ingredients. Cut  4 boneless chicken breasts in 1X1 inch pieces. cover chicken with marinade and refrigerate 2 hours or more, overnight is good. Make kebabs using any combination of vegetables: onion, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, green pepper, zucchini, etc.
