Delicious Russian Chicken-Becky

1 chicken, cut in pieces or 8 skinless, boneless chicken breast

1 package onion soup mix

8 ounces Russian dressing

1 (10oz.) jar apricot preserves

Mix onion soup mix, apricot preserves and dressing. Place chicken in 9X13 inch pan and pour mixture over. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.

VARIATION: Orange marmalade or peach preserves may be used in place of apricot preserves.  Can also use French dressing.
