Holiday Turkey Bundles-Peggy

1/2 cup water

1/2 cup chopped celery

1/4 cup chopped onion

1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning or dried sage, crushed

1 tablespoon white wine

Worcestershire sauce

1/4 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules

4 cups dry bread cubes

1 (10oz.) package asparagus spears

6 turkey breasts

In small saucepan, combine water, celery, onion, poultry seasoning or sage and bouillon granules. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, covered, for about 5 minutes, or until celery is tender.

DRESSING:
Place bread cubes in a large mixing bowl. Pour vegetable mixture over bread cubes. Toss gently to mix. Spray a 7X12 inch baking pan with nonstick coating. Put dressing into dish. Cook asparagus in a small amount of boiling water for 5 to 7 minutes, or until crisp tender. Drain well. Place 1/6 of the asparagus spears crosswise onto each turkey slice. Roll up torukey slices. Place turkey rolls seam side down, on top of dressing. Brush turkey with white wine Worcestershire sauce. Bake at 350 degrees, covered for 30 to 35 minutes, or until turkey is tender and no longer pink. Can serve with low calorie chicken gravy and sprinkled paprika.
