Baked Lobster-Jayne

Let lobster soak in cold salt water for 1 to 2 hours. Take lobster out and cut the shell down the middle and lift the meat out and lay over the shell. Brush the meat with butter and paprika and lay on a cookie sheet. Cover with foil and bake at 500 degrees for 10 minutes. Then take out of oven, remove foil and bake another 10 minutes. Make sure there is a little water on the bottom of cookie sheet. Serve with melted butter.
