Lemon Dijon Baked Fish-Amy

1 1/2 pounds orange roughy fillets

1 tablespoon butter, melted

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

2/3 cup Ritz crackers, crushed

Preheat over to 425 degrees. Spray pan with veggie oil. Arrange fillets in 9x13 inch pan. Mix the above ingredients, except crackers, and brush onto the fish. Cover the fish with mustard mixture with crushed Ritz crackers. Bake 20 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
