Ceasar Salad-Lorraine

Use wooden bowl and spoons to mix.

Romaine lettuce

1 to 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1 small garlic clove

1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

1 small anchovy, chopped (optional)

1/3 cup olive oil

1 tablespoon wine vinegar

1/2 lemon

1 raw coddled egg

1/2 to 1 cup Parmesan cheese

1/2 to 1 cup croutons

Dash of salt and pepper

Lightly salt bowl. Press garlic clove until gone; add dash of pepper, dry mustard and anchovy. Press anchovy to paste; add Worcestershire sauce. Add coddled egg and mix. Slowly add olive oil, while beating egg. Add red wine vinegar and blend. Add lettuce and toss lightly. Add juice of 1 lemon. Add croutons, toss lightly. Sprinkle with Parmeson cheese; toss lightly.
