Chinese Noodle Salad-Beth

2 heads Napa cabbage, core, slice diagonally

5 chopped green onions

Shredded carrots (optional)

Pam-spray, heavily, jellyroll pan. Toast 1/2 cup sesame seeds, 2 packages Ramon noodles (discard seasoning and crush noodles) and 1 package slivered almonds at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes, until brown.

1 cup salad oil

1 cup sugar

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1/2 cup red wine vinegar

Whisk together until thick. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Toss all together just before serving. Tips: You can also use preshredded, prepacked cabbage from the store in produce. Also, everything can be done 1 to 2 days prior to serving.
