Guilt Free Potato Wedges-Beth and Lorraine

4 large potatoes, wash, scrub, drain on towel, and cut into fourths or desired thickness

Mix together:

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon dried basil

1 teaspoon seasoned salt

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Fresh ground pepper

Put all spiced on a large plate and press into wedges. Place on cookie sheet sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, turn and bake 30 more minutes.
