Mountain Macaroni Salad-Amy

8 ounces seashell macaroni

1 cup onion, chopped

2 or 3 large tomatoes, chopped

Mayonnaise

Salt and pepper

Celery leaves, chopped

Cook the macaroni in large pot of boiling, salted water for 20 minutes or until tender. Drain, rinse and cool. In a big bowl, combine seashell macaroni with enough mayonnaise to moisten well. Add chopped onions and tomatoes; season with salt, pepper and a few chopped celery leaves for color and flavor. Cover and chill before serving.
