Orange Yogurt Fruit Salad-Peggy

1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks

1 (16 ounce) can sliced peaches

1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges

3 medium bananas, sliced

2 medium apples cored and chopped

1/4 cup sour cream

1/2 cup yogurt

1 (3 1/2 ounce package instant vanilla pudding

1 1/2 cups milk

1/2 of a (1/3 cup) frozen orange juice concentrated, thawed

Drain canned fruit well. In a large bowl, combine fruits and set aside. In small bowl, combine dry pudding mix, milk and orange juice concentrate. Beat with rotary beater 1 to 2 minutes, or until well blended. Beat in sour cream and yogurt. Fold into the fruit mixture. Cover and refrigerate several hours.
