Pasta Salad-Kathy and Kay1 (16 ounce) package rainbow rotini noodles
1 bottle Italian dressing
2 tomatoes, diced
1 cucumber, diced
1 small onion, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
Cook noodles, rinse and drain. Then mix all ingredients and chill before serving. (Kay uses 8 ounce bag Skinner-colored noodles, 8 ounce jar of Italian dressing and 3 tomatoes.)
