Rotina Macaroni Salad-Peggy

12 ounces juniorettes macaroni

1 medium green pepper

5 carrots

1 small onion, diced

Cook macaroni as directed. Rinse with cold water. Cook carrots unti soft. Rinse with cold water. Mix together.

DRESSING:

1/4 cup salad oil

1 cup vinegar

1 1/2 cups sugar

Salt, to taste

Stir and pour over mixture. Let stand overnight. Keeps for several weeks.
