Seven-Layer Salad-Joyce C.

Fill large bowl or pan with shredded lettuce.

Add in layers:

1/2 cup chopped celery

1/2 cup green pepper

1/2 cup green onion

1 package frozen peas, cooked and drained

Spread over top 1 pint Hellmann's mayonnaise. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons sugar. Add 6 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Crumble 1/2 pound fried, crumbled bacon over top. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 8 hours. I use a long Tupperware dish.
