Whole Wheat Eggless Noodles-Becky

1 1/2 cups wheat flour

1 cup plain yogurt

1 teaspoon salt

Mix all ingredients, add enough flour to make a stiff dough. Squeeze and knead dough well for 2 to 3 minutes. Roll out thinly on a floured board. Let rest 5 minutes, then cut into 1/4 unch slices. Cook as you would any noodle; add to boiling water for about 7 minutes.
