Cheese Straws-Becky1 cup flour
1/2 cup melted butter
1/8 teaspoon red pepper
2 cups grated sharp cheese
1/4 teaspoon salt
Mix thoroughly until smooth. Add a few drop of water if necessary. Squeeze through pastry tube or cut in uniform lengths or roll in long roll; refrigerate and cut into thin round when stiff. A pecan may be placed on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
