Cream of Broccoli Soup-Wendy

4 cups chicken broth, or 4 cups water and 4 chicken cubes

1/2 pound chopped broccoli

1/2 cups chopped carrots

6 tablespoons flour

1/2 cup chopped onions

6 tablespoons butter or oleo

2 cups milk

Add broccoli, onions and carrots to chicken broth. Cook until vegetables are tender. Add flour to melted butter and cook for 2 minutes. Add milk. Cook a little longer over low heat. Add to vegetables. Season with salt and pepper.
