Weight Watchers Soup-Becky
3 beef boillion cubes
2 chicken bouillion cubes
10 cups water
1 cup tomatoes
1 small can tomato sauce
Dehydrated onion flakes, to taste
Mix in large pot. Add only non starchy vegetables to keep calories low. 1/2 to 1 head of cabbage makes a good base, add other favorite vegetables in any amount. Season with oregano, chili powder, garlic, salt, basil, cumin, pepper or any other favorite spice. Add these to taste. Boil until vegetables are tender. Keep in refrigerator for lunches and snack. Leftover cooked meat is good and can be added by the bowl. Easy, nutritious and almost zero calories.
