Better than Deli Tuna Salad (Serves one -double, triple, etc. ) - Amy

1 can tuna

1 hard boiled egg, chopped

1/4 cup each, red and green peppers

1/4 cup celery

2-3 tbsp. chopped pickles

1 1/2 tbsp. light mayonaise

t tbsp. chopped red onion

Salt and pepper to taste.

Serve on bed of lettuce
