12 oz. rotini pasta

1 medium cucumber (sliced)

3 tomatoes (sliced)

1 medium red onion

1/2 cup Calamata olives

3 oz. crumbled feta cheese

Dressing: 1/4 cup red wine vinegar, 2 Tbsp. olive oil, 2 tsp. Italian seasoning, 1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped), salt and pepper to taste
