Potatoes Supreme-Millie

1 (2#) package frozen hash brown potatoes

1 can cream of celery soup

1 can cream of potato soup

1/2 cup chopped onion

8oz. sour cream

1/2 cup milk

1 tablespoon parsley

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 green pepper

8oz. shredded cheddar cheese

8 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Thaw potatoes. Combine soups, onion, sour cream, milk and parsley pepper and salt. Add green pepper if desired. Put mixture in oblong pan. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil and put bacon and cheese on top, bake an additional 15 minutes.
