Rosemary Potatoes - Amy

3 tbs. butter

1 lb. red skin potates

1 tbs rosemary (crushed or fresh)

Salt and pepper

Can also mix in 1 packet onion soup with butter, either with rosemary or without

Melt butter in a 9x13 pan, wash potatoes, cut into ¾ inch cubes. Combine ingredients with butter, toss potatoes until coated.  Bake at 425 for 25-35 minutes.
